You find yourself working things to because grief is a process and not a one-time experience. You will still feel overwhelmed and stressed. This will be followed by acceptance that things cannot longer be the same. This doesn’t mean that everything will go back to normal and that is why you might want to consider therapy. There are amazing counselors that can help you out. With a therapist, you can express yourself. As you go through the process, take your time to learn more about a therapist that can support you when dealing with the death and, grief. The other thing you need to bear in mind is that you are not in this alone.
